貌似是个艰苦的大工程
It seems an awful lot of hard work
尤其是现在已经可以乘船
when you can go by boat or

plane or even train. But that’s not the point.
她整个夏天都待在家
She’s been cooped up all summer
描绘下许多冒险故事
illustrating a series of adventure stories

and has decided she wants one of her own.

Judy has been suffering from a broken heart.
