and saw a big whale in the sea.

the whale

turned into a man.

She kept looking at the man.

They started to make love.
来年夏天 女人生下一只小鲸鱼
By the next summer the woman gave birth to a baby whale.

Later she gave birth

to boys and girls.
最后 女人老了
Eventually the woman grew very old.

And her grandchildren

had stopped listening to her.
有一天 孙儿们说：
One day the grandchildren said:

“Let’s kill a whale !

“What will you do about it, old woman ?”

“I’m warning you. We all originate from a whale.”
第二天早上
The next morning
他们去海湾看鲸鱼
they came to see the whale on the coast.
可是鲸鱼变成了一个男人 甚至还有头发
But he had turned into a man, even with hair.
