Author’s comments:
This translation pays special attention to the Taoist context of the song although the song is not just about Taoism. Hua Hua revealed in 2020 that Arrival and God Tree are a pair of songs that represent Yang and Yin respectively, which are Taoist concepts.

This song’s lyrics plays on the double possible interpretations in multiple places: For example: “All phenomena usher in oneness making a toast to decay and flourish” will sounds like “A thousand of phenomena is ushering in one cup of decay and flourish” in Chinese if you don’t pay attention to the way that “One” and “Cup” were sung separately in two phrases rather in one phrase. Also Oneness is not a widely known concept in the general public. It’s better known to people who are familiar with the Taoist and Buddhist cultures.

We updated the lyrics with some modifications.
