This song is about someone who lost love, and he or she feels deep grief and self-sabotage. The singer plays as a friend who trying to comfort and support, to tell the person that don’t give up yourself, don’t hurt yourself. You cannot love others more than you love yourself. You can’t value yourself less than other. Build up self-esteem by your own first then you can learn how to love others and build a healthy relationship.
