I was in downtown Los Angeles one day.

I mean, I’m lucky I didn’t get caught that day.

So this guy shows up

looking like something out of the 1860s,

with these, like, huge sideburns, sweating,

Circumstances had conspired

I guess Thierry showed up at a time

when I realized that the reaction to this stuff

was, you know, one of the most interesting things about it,

because for me, it’s an important part of the job

to run away as soon as we’ve done it,

but at least with Thierry,

we had someone hanging round afterwards
