* The original title of the song refers to a Chinese children’s game similar to Simon Says. Children are seated in a circle around a ghost, who proclaims the strong wind/gale is blowing. The children ask who it is blowing at, and the ghost says that it is blowing at them because they need to do [Y], which is any action that involves getting off from their chairs. The ghost attempts to sit down on a chair, and anyone who follows an instruction incorrectly or is left standing becomes the new ghost. The person who becomes the ghost the most after a certain number of times loses, and has to perform whatever entertainment the other children want to see.
