为有
为有云屏[1]无限娇，
凤城[2]寒尽怕春宵。
无端嫁得金龟婿，
辜负香衾事早朝。
这篇以诗开头“为有”二字为题，实则也是一首“无题”诗。一位富家女子，嫁得意中人，夫妻恩爱。可惜偏偏丈夫要经常早起上朝，引起妻子的抱怨，心理刻画十分细致，含蓄深沉。
注释：
[1]云屏：云母屏风。雕饰着云母图案的屏风，古代皇家或富贵人家所用。
[2]凤城：此指京城。
A Nobleman’s Wife
Behind the screen his wife is charming without peer;
But she’s afraid the vernal night should be too short.
Why should she be wed to her noble lord so dear?
At early dawn he’d leave her pillow for the court.
Note:This quatrain describes the sorrow of a nobleman’s wife whose lord should rise early to go to court.
