“asking for more time as if she were gasping for her last breath of air.
她紧紧地抱着我 眼泪不停地留
“She held me as tight as she could and cried.
她的眼泪像子弹一样击打着我的衣服
“Her tears hit my shirt like bullets
告诉我我们已经无家可归
and told me we were being evicted.

“She kept apologizing to me. I thought, ‘I have no home.
